Why not check the Events Calendar (on the left menu under Events and Bookings) to see if your date and time are free before you book?

Once you have contacted the bookings clerk and decided to hire the hall, your booking will be provisionally entered in the Events Calendar. The bookings forms and conditions of hire are available for download from the Documents section of the menu or can be obtained from the Town Council Offices, from the booking clerk or from the notice board in the Hall.

The booking will be confirmed once the booking form has been received and payment made.
